Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid App Data Bridge enrollments confirmed in writing. Website prices are informational; the invoice or enrollment confirmation controls the commercial terms.

Eligibility

Self-paced Desk Pass enrollments may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of modules have been accessed. Working Papers Cohort seats may request a full refund up to 5 business days before the first live clinic, or a partial refund of 50% if withdrawal occurs after the first clinic but before the third.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests to info@appdatabridge.digital within the windows above, including your full name, organization, enrollment reference, and reason.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met and no team workshop has been delivered. Partial refunds apply to mid-cohort withdrawals as stated above. Engagement Room team licenses are refundable in full only before the private workshop date; after the workshop begins, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

Custom template drafting beyond standard course files, completed private workshops, and third-party examination fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within two business days, verify access logs or clinic attendance, and notify you of approval or denial with reasons. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Refunds follow the original payment rail (card, transfer, or purchase order credit). We do not issue cash refunds for card payments.

Cancellation by App Data Bridge

If we cancel a cohort or workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they grant broader rights. Documented medical or force-majeure situations may be considered for goodwill credits outside standard windows.
